DESCRIPTION
Quéloz, a leader in high-precision machining, is looking for a Precision Machining Technician to join its dynamic team. You will play a key role in the manufacturing of complex parts for industries as diverse as aerospace, medical, and military. Working with state-of-the-art CNC machines, you will be responsible for ensuring that the parts produced comply with technical specifications.
You will be required to:
- Read and interpret complex technical drawings.
- Prepare, set up, and operate CNC machines for high-precision part machining.
- Perform strict quality checks at each stage of production to ensure compliance with specified tolerances.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of manufacturing processes by proposing solutions to optimize production and minimize errors.
DESIRED PROFILE
We are looking for a meticulous person with a keen eye for detail and the ability to work independently. You must have hands-on experience with CNC machines and a solid understanding of machining processes.
Requirements:
- Degree in machining or equivalent training
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in precision machining
- Excellent knowledge of CNC machines (Fanuc, Siemens, etc.)
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Ability to adhere to very tight tolerances and ensure precise quality control
